A. Yes, you can call us to make a reservation. If you reserve via online travel websites, you can view the available type of rooms and room charge. Please feel free to use whichever suits you.

A. Check-in is at 3:00PM。
Check-out is at 10:00AM.

A. Feel free to contact us regarding event schedules, venue access, etc.

A. Payment by credit card or transportation IC card barcode is accepted.
Q. When does the cancellation fee apply?
A. 30% for 6 to 4 days prior, 50% for 3 to 2 days prior, 80% for the day before, and 100% on the day itself.
Q. How’s the view from the room?
A. During Obon(Japanese holiday), you can see the “five Mountains Fire Festival”. The view is better from the 4th to 8th floors.
Q. Are there any restaurants or shops?
A. Unfortunately, there is none in the hotel.
However, there are restaurants and convenience stores nearby.
Q. Is there a parking space?
A. There is no parking available at the hotel.
Please use the nearby parking lot.
Q. Should I bring sleeping wear?
A. We provide a free-size sleeping gown at the front desk,
but you could may also consider bringing one.
Q. Are there smoking and non-smoking rooms?
A. All rooms are non-smoking. Unfortunately, there is also no smoking area.
Q. What amenities are available?
A. There are toothbrush, shampoo, conditioner, and body soap in the bathroom.
Combs, razors, cotton pads, and disposable slippers are available at the front desk.

A. We do not have a public bath. However, the room has a unit bath.

A. We can store your luggage before check-in, but
we do not ship luggage upon check-out.
Q. Do you lend umbrellas?
A. Unfortunately, we do not lend umbrellas. There is a 100-yen shop and a convenience store nearby where you could purchase one .
Q. Can you prepare a cake for my partner’s birthday?
A. Unfortunately, the hotel cannot prepare it.
Also, we do not provide lighter or candles.
Q. Can you store cakes and frozen foods for us?
A. We are very sorry but the refrigerator in the room is small to store food.

A. It is not available at the hotel.
